The quickest way to reach us is e-mail: [email protected]. You can also use the contact form on this page if you prefer to write in the browser. Both go to the same place, to the two writers who run the site.
Please write in Danish or English. If your inquiry concerns a specific page, it helps us a lot if you include the link in the message and state which section it's about. That way we don't have to search.
Corrections are the kind of item we prefer. An incorrect RTP figure, a release date that doesn't match, a feature we've described incorrectly, a max win cap that has been changed since we wrote it – these are all things we like to correct within the same week.
If you have a source, things move faster. A link to the provider’s own datasheet or a photo of the game’s info screen is enough. We correct and note the date of the update in the text so other readers can see the information has been checked.
If we're missing a game with Olympus in the title, let us know – the catalog only becomes complete if someone points out the gaps. If you disagree with a rating, please explain why; Mikkel Aagaard usually responds to that kind of feedback himself, and he's not afraid to stick to his assessment.
We are also happy to answer questions about how we work. The method is openly described on the page about our methodology, but if something isn’t explained clearly enough there, it’s an error in the text that we will correct.
We do read inquiries about cooperation, but we do not sell ratings, reviews or placements in our listings, and we do not publish guest posts written by third parties. Freja Østergaard writes the blog, and it will remain editorial. This is not a negotiable position; it is the basis of the entire business model.
We are not a casino. We have no access to your account, your deposit, your bonus or your withdrawal anywhere. If you have a dispute with an operator, it must be raised with the operator's own customer service and then with the authority or dispute body the operator's license refers to.
We cannot advise on tax, on individuals' gambling consumption or on reopening a closed account. If you need help with gambling behaviour, the Danish options are gathered on our responsible gambling page – including ROFUS and StopSpillet.
The site is run by two people, not a support department. Expect a couple of business days for ordinary enquiries. We prioritise corrections of factual errors above everything else, and they are typically processed faster than the rest of the inbox.
