DataThe editors' screenshots from the Olympus demos are useful, but they are not a measuring stick for the game's maths. They show moments: a 25x ball in Fortune of Olympus, a multiplier column at 3x in Gods of Olympus: Ares, a tumble chain of 6,90 EUR in Gates of Olympus and a Hold N Respin that simply was not triggered in Olympus Lightning because six balls never landed at the same time.
The task was 36 demo sessions, and the material before me here actually covers all 36: each title has both saved screenshots and a written session note. This article does not go through all 36 by name — that would overwhelm a single piece; instead it goes in depth on a selection of twelve of them: Gates of Olympus, Olympus Lightning, Olympus Trueways, Games in Olympus 1000, Olympus Wins Super Scatter, Treasures of Olympus 1000, Fortune of Olympus, Sky of Olympus, Zeus of Olympus, Olympus Explosion, Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite and Gods of Olympus: Ares, and the corresponding readouts from their screens. The remaining 24 are in the same material but are not included in this particular review.
The most important point first: 36 recorded demo sessions with a total of 158 saved frames across the whole material is a small basis, even though this article only reviews twelve of the titles by name. It can be used to describe what was on the screen in the specific rounds, but it cannot be used to calculate frequencies, the practical payout percentage, or the probability of a bonus. It's a bit like standing at a traffic light for ten minutes and noting the colours of the cars. You get an impression of what passed by, but not a car statistic for the city.
The session notes are still valuable because they clear some of the fog around the big numbers in the data sheets. When a game has a theoretical max win of 50.000, 60.000 or 100.000 times the stake, that says very little about a typical short demo. Instead, the screenshots show the amounts that actually occurred in the editorial rounds: 0,40 USD on four J symbols in Olympus Wins Super Scatter, 1,84 USD in Olympus Lightning, 6,28 FUN in Olympus Trueways, 35,00 USD after a 25x orb in Fortune of Olympus and 136,50 USD during a bought bonus in Games in Olympus 1000.
There is also an important difference between hitting a bonus and buying it. In the selection of titles this article reviews, free spins were bought in Games in Olympus 1000, Fortune of Olympus, Sky of Olympus, Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite and Gods of Olympus: Ares. These are only the twelve titles here, not an exhaustive list of all material; purchased bonus rounds are also documented in several of the other 24 sessions, including Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Lightning of Olympus, Royalty of Olympus Xmas, Royalty of Olympus Extreme, King of Olympus, Glory of Olympus: Unlocked, Glory of Olympus Xmas, Zeus Legends of Olympus, 3 Combo Olympus and Olympus Bonanza Claw. In Olympus Explosion the buy window was opened, but the purchase was not completed. In Zeus of Olympus the buy buttons were shown, but the demo did not complete the purchase in the trials. That is not the same as natural bonus triggers, and it should not be read as if the bonus came by itself.
That is why I deliberately use phrases like “we saw”, “the screen showed” and “in this session”. Not because it is linguistic caution for show, but because the material demands it. A datasheet describes the game's construction; a demo evening shows a small slice of that construction in motion. The two must be kept separate, otherwise small observations quickly become large claims.
In Gates of Olympus fourteen base spins were played at 2,00 EUR per spin with Double Chance turned off. The session produced several tumble wins, but no free spins. Nine yellow gems paid 1,00 EUR and ended as a total round of 3,11 EUR, eight red stones paid 2,00 EUR, and the largest tumble chain in the notes landed at 6,90 EUR. On the same screen the game's own cap was shown as WIN UP TO 5000 X BET, but the particular session was on the very ordinary end of the scale.
The same pattern is seen in Olympus Wins Super Scatter. Here fourteen base spins were played at 2,00 USD in portrait format. A win with four J symbols paid 0,40 USD on four ways, another round reached 1,60 USD with a WILD temple on the reels and the multiplier ladder at X2, and the best tumble series yielded 2,40 USD. The spec sheet lists a max win of 100.000 times the stake, but in the small session the picture was much more down-to-earth: tiny readings, like watching an electricity meter’s decimals tick over, not the main fuse blowing.
Treasures of Olympus 1000 was also played in vertical format, here at 1 USD per spin. Ten base spins produced cascade wins of 1,00 USD, 1,40 USD, 0,90 USD and 0,25 USD. The rules stated that multiplier symbols can land from 2x to 1000x on all reels, and that the values are added together at the end of the spin, but the session note does not mention a specific large multiplier that hit and changed a round significantly. What we saw was primarily the cascade structure itself and the game's encouragement to hit the multiplier orb.
The largest concrete multiplier readings among the twelve games I review here did not come from one long natural bonus, but from scattered situations across several games. In Fortune of Olympus a 25x ball landed in the base game at 2,00 USD and lifted the round to 35,00 USD on the game's 7x7 grid. This is the clearest base‑game observation in the notes, because both the multiplier and the final win are recorded. The same game showed during the purchased bonus a total multiplier of 4x with six free spins left, where single wins of 0,40 USD and 2,00 USD rolled up to 38,54 USD.
In Games in Olympus 1000 the multiplier sequence was more thoroughly documented. Free spins were bought for 200,00 USD at a 2,00 USD stake, and the round started with 15 free spins. During it the total multiplier went from 2x to 11x and ended at 16x. Two MEGA-kugler gave 3,24 USD and 2,35 USD, and with 16x plus a 25x-kugle visible on the reels the total bonus win reached 136,50 USD with three spins remaining. That is the largest payout documented in the twelve sessions this review is based on; in the full material covering 36 titles there are larger readings.
Sky of Olympus showed a more subdued bonus result. At 100 FUN per spin, free spins were bought for 10.000 FUN, which in the purchase menu corresponds to the price level for the current stake. The purchase triggered four Scatter symbols and 14 free spins. The round started at 300 FUN and ended at 1.240 FUN in total winnings, with a TOTAL x2 multiplier on the right side and x2 and x3 symbols on the reels along the way. The paytable showed possible multiplier symbols such as x8, x25, x50, x500 and x1000, and the rules text stated values from x2 to x1000, but in the session it was x2 and x3 that were observed during the round.
Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite and Gods of Olympus: Ares showed almost the same practical picture. Both were played at Bet 2,00 USD, both had free spins bought for 200,00 USD, and both showed a multiplier column of 3x during the bonus. In Aphrodite the win grew from 6,00 USD to 8,10 USD and on to 12,30 USD with 13 spins remaining. In Ares the win rose to 8,40 USD at one point with 10 spins left. These aren't high figures compared with the theoretical ceilings, but they show how the engine accumulates values in a visible side panel, rather than everything being decided by a single isolated line win.
Natural bonus triggers were absent in several of the short session notes. Gates of Olympus did not trigger free spins in fourteen base spins. Olympus Wins Super Scatter also did not trigger free spins in the recorded base-play sequence, even though the on-screen rules said that three or more scatters trigger the round. Olympus Lightning did not trigger Hold N Respin because six Thunder Sphere balls never landed simultaneously. These are three concrete absences, not proof of rarity; the material is too small for that kind of conclusion.
On the other hand, purchased bonus rounds were documented quite thoroughly. Games in Olympus 1000 showed BUY FREE SPINS for 200,00 USD at TOTAL BET 2,00 USD, and the balance fell from 100.021,80 USD to 99.821,80 USD, exactly 200,00 USD. Fortune of Olympus showed two options at BASE BET 2,00 USD: FREE SPINS for 200,00 USD and SUPER FREE SPINS for 1.000,00 USD with 5x bonus multipliers. The cheaper was purchased, the balance fell from 100.029,60 USD to 99.829,60 USD, and the game awarded 15 free spins.
Sky of Olympus had a buy menu with prices from 1.000 FUN at 10 FUN per spin to 200.000 FUN at 2.000 FUN per spin. The editorial team chose 10.000 FUN at 100 FUN per spin, and the round awarded 14 free spins. In Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite the BUY FREE SPINS cost 200,00 USD at Bet 2,00 USD, the balance fell from 992,00 USD to 792,00 USD, and the screen rewarded 15 free spins. In Gods of Olympus: Ares the same purchase cost 200,00 USD at Bet 2,00 USD, the balance fell from 987,20 USD to 787,20 USD, and that round also started with 15 free spins.
Other games displayed purchases without the editorial team completing them. Olympus Explosion showed a Buy Feature for 125,00 EUR at TOTAL BET 2,50 EUR, i.e. 50 times the stake, but the purchase was not completed. Zeus of Olympus showed Buy Bonus for 20,00 USD and Buy Super Bonus for 100,00 USD at Bet 0,20 USD, i.e. 100 and 500 times the stake, but the demo did not complete the purchase in our attempts. The distinction is dry but necessary: a visible purchase window is not an observed bonus round.
Olympus Lightning is the most concrete Hold N Respin observation in the material, precisely because the feature almost appeared but didn't trigger. The session ran at BET 1,00 USD, and the jackpot ladder was fixed on the left with GRAND 1.000,00 USD, MAJOR 100,00 USD, MINOR 25,00 USD and MINI 10,00 USD. The rules explained that GRAND corresponds to 1000x total bet, MAJOR to 100x, MINOR to 25x and MINI to 10x. Thunder Sphere values were listed as 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 25x or 100x, and in the base game cash values of 1,00, 2,00, 3,00, 4,00 and 5,00 USD were observed.
In the same Olympus Lightning session a Lightning Bolt symbol also landed with +5 FREE SPINS. The rules stated that such symbols can have +2, +3 or +5 free spins, and that they must be collected by a Collect symbol on the last reel. That did not happen in the recorded sequence. The largest recorded win in that session was therefore not a bonus, but WIN 1,84 USD on a block of four wilds, while a Thunder Sphere for 2,00 USD sat outside the payline.
Olympus Trueways showed a different kind of cash symbols. At 1,00 FUN per spin the jackpot panel sat fixed at the top with MINI 20,00, MAJOR 100,00 and MEGA JACKPOT 1.000,00. In the base game coin symbols appeared with read values of 1,00, 3,00, 10,00, 12,00 and 15,00 FUN. The largest single win registered on the screen was 6,28 FUN at a 1,00 FUN stake, and the cascade ended at 6,80 FUN in total winnings. The Buy Bonus menu showed both FREE SPINS and COIN RESPIN for 100,00 FUN at the same stake.
Olympus Explosion also had a fixed jackpot ladder, but in a different package. At TOTAL BET 2,50 EUR GRAND stood at 2.000,00 EUR, MAJOR at 125,00 EUR, MINOR at 37,50 EUR and MINI at 25,00 EUR. Jackpot Pick Deluxe rules listed Mini as 10x, Minor as 15x, Major as 50x and Grand as 800x the total bet, with possible multipliers of x2, x3, x5 or x10. In the base game the payouts were 0,25 EUR, 0,70 EUR and 2,57 EUR, while the best single spin was 3,73 EUR at a 2,50 EUR stake.
When you place the session notes next to the data sheets, the gap between the ceiling and the ordinary demo becomes visible. Gates of Olympus is listed in the data sheet with max 5.000 times the bet, but the session's biggest tumble chain was 6,90 EUR at 2,00 EUR. Olympus Wins Super Scatter is listed with max 100.000 times the bet, but the best recorded tumble series was 2,40 USD at 2,00 USD. Two other high-ceiling titles from the material confirm the pattern. Rise of Olympus Extreme has max 50.000 times the bet, and in our session the multiplier ladder to the left of the grid moved up from x1 to x7; a share win of 0,30 ended as WIN 1,20 with the ladder at x3, and later the same stake level gave WIN 2,00 with the ladder at x5. Rise of Olympus 1000 has max 60.000 times the bet, and the session triggered 12 free spins naturally, with TOTAL MULTIPLIER at x6 and single wins from 0,10 to 4,30 at BET 1,00. Even the highest ceiling figures in the material were therefore shown in practice as modest, concrete amounts.
The same goes for the purchased bonuses. Games in Olympus 1000 har databladets maksgevinst på 15.000 gange indsatsen, and the documented purchased round reached 136.50 USD at 2.00 USD, so far from the ceiling, but still the largest concrete bonus win among the twelve games here. Fortune of Olympus står med maks 10.000 gange indsatsen, and the bought bonus showed 38.54 USD with six free spins remaining in the saved image. Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite og Gods of Olympus: Ares are both listed with a max of 5.000 gange indsatsen, while the observed bought rounds reached 12.30 USD and 8.40 USD respectively in the noted screenshots.
That doesn't make the games 'bad', nor does it make the spec sheets misleading. It simply shows what a ceiling is: an extreme point in a mathematical distribution, not a measure for a short session. If a game can pay 1000x or 100.000x, it doesn't mean that such a value is waiting in the next handful of spins. In the editorial material the big numbers mostly appeared as rules text, buy windows, jackpot ladders and multiplier lists; the actual wins were small to medium relative to the stake.
The sober conclusion is therefore narrow. We saw many cascades, several purchased bonus rounds, a few clear multipliers and several situations where bonus features did not trigger naturally. We did not see material that can be used to say anything definite about frequency. And if you play with real money, that difference should be taken seriously: a short evening at the reels more often looks like a series of small readings than the top line on the spec sheet.

The attached material covers 36 demo sessions with session notes and captions. This article goes in-depth on a selection of twelve of them and mentions them all by name; the remaining 24 are in the material but are not reviewed here.
In the notes attached several free spins rounds were bought, including in Games in Olympus 1000, Fortune of Olympus, Sky of Olympus, Gods of Olympus: Aphrodite and Gods of Olympus: Ares. Gates of Olympus and Olympus Wins Super Scatter did not trigger free spins in the documented base spins.
The largest bonus win documented in the twelve sessions this article reviews is 136,50 USD in Games in Olympus 1000 at a 2,00 USD stake, during a bought free spins round. In the base game Fortune of Olympus is clearly noted with a 25x ball that lifted the round to 35,00 USD at 2,00 USD.
No. The sample is too small and consists of short demo rounds and saved screenshots, not systematic statistics. It can show what the editors actually saw on screen, but not how often features hit across many thousands of spins.
