Lucky Coin Casino under the microscope
01Lucky Coin Casino in brief: ONCHAIN Technologies and the slogan of nothing to hide
Lucky Coin Casino is operated on the domain luckycoin.com by the company ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd, registration number 15816, with an address in Hamchako, Mutsamudu on Anjouan in the Comoros. The casino markets itself with the slogan of being the only casino with nothing to hide, and the entire front page is built around that claim: a public, blockchain-verifiable bankroll and a number of proprietary games whose results can be cryptographically verified. The brand also has an alternative address at luckycoin.cash. It is not the same entity as luckycoins.casino, which is a different company under a different license.
The core of the business is crypto. There is not a single fiat payment method on the site, no cards, no bank transfer, and balances are stated in dollars regardless of which coin you send in. The selection counts around 2,200 slot machines according to the casino's own figure and approximately 2,300 games from 54 providers according to the review source, plus live casino, table games, game shows and an integrated sportsbook. The casino is new, and that should be part of the assessment: there is not yet much documented operating history to lean on.
We have not created an account, deposited or played on Lucky Coin. Everything below is based on the casino's own information, on the review source we have access to, and on the public Trustpilot profile. Where sources disagree or are silent, we say so. The editorial overall score lands at 6,8 out of 10, and it weighs both the unusually open setup and the fairly concrete gaps in player protection.
02The Anjouan license ALSI-202411002-FI1 and what it is worth for a Danish player
Lucky Coin operates on a license from Anjouan with the number ALSI-202411002-FI1, issued to ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd. Anjouan belongs to the lighter end of offshore regulation. Supervision of operators is modest, requirements for capital, audits and player protection are far from what you know from European authorities, and the complaints channel is in practice limited to the casino's own support channel. A license of that type primarily says that someone has paid to be allowed to run the casino — it doesn't say much about what happens if you and the casino disagree.
For a Danish player the consequence is tangible. Lucky Coin has no Danish licence from Spillemyndigheden. That means, among other things, the casino is not connected to ROFUS, the national register for voluntary exclusion. If you've registered with ROFUS it won't block access here, because the block only works on Denmark-regulated sites. It also means that prize taxation and Danish complaint procedures don't work as they do on a site with Danish permission. Familiarise yourself with that before you consider a deposit.
We have not been able to verify the license's current status in Anjouan's register, and we encourage you to click through the license badge on the casino's site yourself. It's a simple check that takes less than a minute, and it's worth doing because offshore licenses in this category often change status without warning. Also be aware that the brand also appears at luckycoin.cash, while luckycoins.casino is a completely different company with a different license. Confusing that type is a classic pitfall in the crypto segment, where domain names sit close to each other and where a wrong click can mean you deposit to an operator you haven't checked at all.
03The public bankroll: transparency with an important caveat
The most interesting thing about Lucky Coin is that the cash reserve is public. The front page shows a bankroll that can be verified directly on the blockchain, and at the time of recording it was, according to the source, about $2.9 million. Both hot and cold wallets can be tracked. It's a much higher degree of transparency than the industry norm, where players typically have no idea whether the operator even has the funds to cover a big win. As an idea, it's strong.
But there is a caveat, and it is significant enough to appear in the same font size as the praise. The source states that the casinos under the same ONCHAIN-licens — among them Betmode, Rollchain, Wagmi Casino and Wildead — share the same payment wallets, and that the casino itself has confirmed it. The public bankroll is therefore not Lucky Mønter bankroll. It is shared across a group of brands, and you therefore cannot use the figure to assess how solid this particular brand is, or how much of the amount actually covers your winnings.
That doesn't make the casino a scam, and shared pools are not in themselves unusual in corporate structures. But it drains some precision from the central sales argument. Transparency here means you can see a number. It does not automatically tell you what the number covers, how many brands draw on it at the same time, or how funds are prioritised if several large wins occur simultaneously. The casino publishes no allocation key between the brands, and we have not been able to find an account of what share of the pool can be attributed to Lucky Coin alone.
04Provably fair Originals and what they can verify
Besides the purchased games, Lucky Coin has a number of its own titles which the casino calls Originals: Crash, Plinko, Mines, Keno and Coin Flip. They operate according to the provably fair principle, where each round is built on a pre-locked serverseed combined with a clientseed, so you can afterwards verify yourself that the result wasn't altered along the way. It's the most concrete form of verifiability a player can get, and it's easier to relate to than a general assurance that everything is fair.
It's worth keeping the scope clear. Provably fair covers the Originals games, not the roughly 2.200 slot machines from third‑party providers. Those run on the usual RNG at the individual supplier, just like at any other casino. The review source lists an average RTP in the range of about 96,9 procent. We couldn't verify that figure across the titles, and average RTP is in any case a crude measure because an individual machine can be far above or far below it.
Practically, this means transparency is real in the narrow part of the selection where the casino itself is the house counterparty, and that in the rest of the lobby you are just as dependent on the providers' own certifications as elsewhere. The casino does not disclose which test laboratory may have reviewed the platform, and there has been no published independent RTP audit of the entire selection. If you want to use provably fair as an argument for playing here, you should stick to the five Originals titles and not transfer that trust to the whole catalogue's 2.200 machines.
05Game selection: around 2,200 slot machines from 54 providers
The lobby contains, according to the casino's own counter, around 2.200 slot machines, and the review source lists the total number of games at roughly 2.300 from 54 providers. Among the names on the provider list are Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, AvatarUX and Spribe, and sources also mention Evolution and Play'n GO. It's a typical, modern mix where volatile titles from Hacksaw and Nolimit City dominate more than classic fruit slots.
Of specific titles the source mentions Sweet Bonanza 1000, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush 1000, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Le Bandit. Providers can be filtered from the lobby's provider menu, which makes it easier to navigate if you're after a particular studio rather than browsing the front page's recommendations. The casino does not disclose how the recommended games on the front page are selected.
A caveat that applies to all offshore lobbies: which games you can actually open depends on which markets the individual provider has blocked. The selection can therefore look different from Denmark than in the counts the sources refer to. It's not something we've been able to measure, and it can only be established when you're logged in from a Danish connection. So don't assume a particular title is available just because it's mentioned in a review.
06Live casino, table games and sports betting on the same account
Next to the slots there is a live casino which, according to the review source, houses over 77 tables with real dealers, including game shows. The table game selection covers the usual disciplines: blackjack, roulette and baccarat. The casino does not publish a detailed overview of table betting limits itself, so how low and how high you can play must be clarified in the lobby after login.
Sports betting is integrated on the same account and the same balance, which for many crypto players is a convenient advantage because you avoid moving coins between two platforms. We have not had access to information about odds levels, market depth or the offering of live betting, and we will therefore not speculate on how the sportsbook measures up to dedicated betting sites.
Overall the breadth is good given how new the brand is. It's not a niche site with twenty games and a nice theme, but a full catalogue with crypto as the only cashline. On the other hand, there is no information about which live studios supply the tables, beyond Evolution being mentioned among the providers, and there is no Danish-speaking table. If you play live, it will be in English, just like the rest of the experience.
07No welcome bonus: cashback from the first stake instead
Lucky Coin has no classic welcome bonus. There is no percentage on the first deposit, no bonus code and no match bonus to wager. Instead, according to the casino's own Rewards page you get instant cashback that starts accruing from your very first bet and is paid out without wagering requirements. The casino states that earnings can be followed on the blockchain, which at least makes the amount verifiable for anyone who cares to check.
The model gives a real advantage to the player, and it's not cosmetic. There is no bonus balance that locks your withdrawal, no maximum stake while a bonus is active, and no situation where a win is voided because someone pressed a flimsy button too hard. On the other hand there is also no extra capital at the start, and that makes comparison with bonus-heavy casinos difficult: you swap a large amount with conditions for a small amount without conditions.
The current cashback percentages are not listed in the sources we have. The casino points to its Rewards page, and that's where the figure must be read before you calculate whether the model suits your staking level. We have not been able to independently verify the rates. That is a real shortcoming, because without a percentage rate a cashback model is impossible to compare with anything: one percent with no wagering requirement and five percent with no wagering requirement are two very different offers, and the difference matters more to your overall bankroll than any welcome bonus.
08Rakeback, weekly cashback and the Degen Club program
On top of the ongoing cashback there are two additional layers. Rakeback is calculated by the review source from your turnover and starts at around 3 percent on the lowest VIP tier and tops out at about 10 percent on the highest. In addition there's a weekly cashback between 1 and 25 percent of the net loss, again depending on VIP level. According to the source payouts are made on Friday at 00:00 UTC, and no wagering requirement on the amounts is stated.
The VIP structure is called Degen Club and consists of seven levels spread across 31 sub-steps, where advancement follows the total turnover. Higher tiers unlock the larger percentages, prioritized support and exclusive benefits. The casino does not disclose how much must be wagered to reach a given tier, and without those figures the range from 1 til 25 procent is in practice out of reach as a basis for decision-making. It is one of the clearest gaps in the material.
Seasonal competitions also run, including a leaderboard tournament with a prize pool of 12.000 dollar, as well as a Challenges section and a refer-a-friend program. The content of those sections changes, and it can only be seen when you are logged in. The casino does not disclose how large a reward the refer-a-friend yields, nor the conditions attached to its payout, and the tournaments' precise point calculations also do not appear in the material we've had access to. If you actively use that kind of promotion, the terms must be retrieved in chat.
09The Free spins offer that is only offered by a third party
One offer deserves a warning about its sourcing. The review source, which refers to AboutSlots, lists a tiered free spins offer: 50 free spins for deposits of 20 to 99 dollar, 100 free spins for 100 to 249 dollar, 200 free spins for 250 to 499 dollar and 300 free spins for 500 dollar or more. Winnings from the spins must, according to the same source, be wagered 20 times, and no cap on the payout is stated.
The crucial caveat is that the offer comes from a third-party source and not from the casino's own front page, where it is not advertised. We have not been able to confirm that the campaign is active, which games the free spins apply to, or how long there is to roll over the winnings. The figures here should therefore be read as a summary of another site, not as information from Lucky Coin.
If you intend to top up according to that ladder, get the terms confirmed in chat first and save the reply. An offer that appears with an affiliate but not on the operator’s own promotions page is not an offer you can hold anyone to. And note the logic of the ladder itself: to reach the 300 free spins you must deposit at least $500 in crypto at a casino without a Danish licence, against a win that afterwards must be wagered twenty times. Worked through, it is not necessarily a better starting point than the wager-free cashback.
10Deposit: crypto only, no kroner and no cards
The cashier accepts only cryptocurrency. Sources mention BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, TRX, DOGE, BNB, ADA, BCH and POL, and transfers can run over multiple networks, among others Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism. There is no Dankort, no MobilePay, no bank transfer and no option to deposit Danish kroner. Amounts and limits are shown in dollars.
The minimum deposit is, according to the review source, equivalent to 10 dollars, and the casino reportedly does not charge a fee for deposits. You do, however, pay the network fee on the blockchain yourself, and that varies dramatically between chains. This is also where the most common beginner mistake occurs: if you send a coin over the wrong network, the amount can be lost, and neither the casino nor your wallet can necessarily recover it.
Add to that the exchange-rate risk. A balance denominated in dollars and funded with a volatile coin can change value in kroner while you play, completely independently of whether you win or lose. It's an additional loss risk that a fiat player doesn't have, and it should be factored into your bankroll. If you choose a stable coin like USDT or USDC, most of that risk disappears, while a deposit in BTC or SOL can change value noticeably within a few hours. The casino does not convert the balance to kroner anywhere, so you must keep track yourself of what the amount is worth in your own currency.
11Payout: the figures come from the review source, not from our own measurement
The review source states that withdrawals are processed automatically without manual approval, and that a USDT withdrawal over the Tron network in an independent test took about six minutes. The minimum withdrawal is stated as 10 dollars, with limits of 10,000 dollars per day and 300,000 dollars per month. We emphasize that this is not our measurement: the editorial team has neither deposited to nor withdrawn from Lucky Coin, and six minutes is a single data point from another party's test.
One detail in the terms deserves attention. One of the sources mentions a withdrawal fee of 8 percent with a minimum of 5 dollars if the deposit has not been wagered at least once before you withdraw. It's a significant fee, and it does not appear in the material the casino itself highlights. Get it confirmed in the terms before your first deposit if you plan to be able to withdraw funds quickly again.
If your total deposits exceed 10.000 dollars, payouts also require completed KYC. The casino does not publish the processing time for that check, and it is therefore the real uncertainty in an otherwise fast setup: six minutes only applies as long as no one manually reviews your account. That is also exactly where the Trustpilot complaints about delayed payouts sit — one user describes four days of processing time — and that picture chimes poorly with the automatic transfers the casino highlights. We cannot determine which of the two realities is the typical one.
12KYC at 10,000 dollars and the missing 2FA
Registration is easy in the way crypto casinos typically are: email and password, no documents up front. After the reporting source, KYC checks are only triggered when total deposits exceed 10.000 dollar. Then you will normally be required to present photo ID, proof of address and possibly documentation of the source of funds. Lucky Coin does not specify the requirements publicly, so the exact list must be clarified with support.
The consequence of that model is worth understanding: it postpones the hassle rather than removing it. If you use name data that doesn't match your papers, it is only discovered the moment you have a win you want to withdraw. And if you split a large withdrawal into smaller amounts to stay under a threshold, it is precisely that kind of pattern that triggers extra checks rather than avoiding them.
Most serious in the security picture is that, according to the source, there is no built-in two-factor authentication on the account. In a place where the balance is crypto and withdrawals are processed automatically, 2FA is not a luxury feature. Without it, the entire account security rests on your password and on your e-mail not being compromised. It's a real weakness, and it drags down our overall rating.
13Customer support: 24/7, but only in English
Support operates, according to the casino's information, as live chat around the clock and by e-mail to [email protected]. In addition there are active communities on Discord and Telegram, which some users use as a first line. The operating language is English. There is no Danish support, no Danish-language website and no Danish terms text, which means you must be able to discuss bonus terms and transaction details in a foreign language if something goes wrong.
The review source states that the first chat reply in an independent test took about an hour. These are not our figures, but they align with one of the complaint themes recurring on Trustpilot, where slow support appears as a standalone issue. 24/7 availability is therefore not the same as instant. On the other hand, positive reviews highlight support as lively and welcoming once you reach it, so the picture is not uniformly negative — rather uneven.
If you need to write to them, include everything in the first message: username, time of the incident and not least the transaction ID, if the case concerns a transfer. On a crypto casino, TxID is the only information that uniquely identifies a payment, and it typically saves a whole reply round. Also take a screenshot of the situation, and save the entire chat history before you close the window. Without a Danish complaints body and without an authority to escalate to, your own documentation is the only one that exists if a case drags on for several days and across multiple employees.
14Responsible gambling: the toolbox is too thin, and ROFUS does not apply here
Here lies the casino's weakest point. According to the review source Lucky Coin offers a cool-off period and self-exclusion, but both must be activated through support. There are no self-service deposit limits, no loss limits and no time limits that the player can set themselves in the account settings. It is outdated. Responsible gambling tools work best when they can be switched on at the moment you need them — not when they require you to first formulate a request in English to a chat agent.
The combination with crypto doesn't make it better. Fast deposits, instant withdrawals, a balance in dollars and an exchange rate that fluctuates on its own together create an environment where it's easy to lose track of what you've spent. So set your own limits externally, in your wallet or on paper, before you start, when the casino doesn't provide them.
Because Lucky Coin does not have a license from the Danish Gambling Authority, the site is not connected to ROFUS. A Danish self-exclusion therefore won't block you here. If you need help or just someone to talk to about your play, StopSpillet at stopspillet.dk is the free and anonymous counselling in Denmark. Play is for people over 18, and it is entertainment, not a source of income.
15Trustpilot: 3.0 on four reviews is statistically insignificant
The Trustpilot profile for luckycoin.com stood at 3.0 out of 5 on four reviews at our check on 3. august 2026. The profile is claimed by the company, and the co-founder personally replies to negative criticism. Four reviews are not a basis for conclusions. One additional dissatisfied user can move the average by a whole point, and both a high and a low score would be equally uninformative. Read the content of the reviews rather than the number.
The complaint themes fall into four points: slow support, delayed payouts, low win frequency over time and bonuses that are not credited. In the specific text, one user from maj 2026 describes a withdrawal that hung in processing for four days with slow responses along the way. Another from juni 2026 describes promised bonuses that were never credited, and a support conversation the user experienced as perfunctory. A third concerns persistent small wins and large losses over extended play periods, which is a normal outcome and not in itself an indication of anything.
There is also praise, and it points the other way: fast payouts when the system works, a lively and responsive support, and an active Discord community. Trustpilot's star distribution and the individual reviewers' ratings were not available to us, which further limits what you can read from the profile. That the company replies to criticism is a positive sign — but a reply is not the same as a solution.
16Who Lucky Coin is suitable for — and who should stay away
The profile is quite sharply defined. Lucky Coin makes sense for the experienced crypto player who already has a wallet, knows the difference between Tron and Polygon, reads terms in English and prefers wager-free cashback over a big bonus with conditions. For that type of user, automatically processed withdrawals and verifiable Originals games are a real improvement over the average.
If you don't fit that description, there's not much for you. If you want to pay by card or bank account, you cannot use the site. If you want terms and support in Danish, you cannot use the site. If you want a Danish license, Danish complaint access and ROFUS linkage, you cannot use the site. And if you need to be able to set your own deposit limit, the function does not exist.
There are also beginners attracted to the crypto angle without prior experience. For them the recommendation is simple: a casino without a fiat exit and without 2FA is not the place to learn crypto handling. Mistakes on that end are permanent in a way a card payment error is not. A transfer to the wrong network cannot be reversed, a lost password without a 2FA backup cannot be rolled back by a bank, and there is no right of complaint to fall back on. If you want to try crypto as a payment method, a casino without a Danish license is the most expensive place to make the first attempt.
17Gaps in the data we have not been able to close
There are a number of things we haven't been able to verify, and they need to be clearly stated rather than disappear into the text. The current cashback percentages do not appear in our sources. The wagering requirements to move up the Degen Club tiers are not published, which makes the range from 1 to 25 percent useless as a basis for decision-making. The free spins ladder is only listed by a third party, not on the casino's own promotions page. The processing time for KYC is not disclosed.
Also included is the mentioned withdrawal fee of 8 procent on non-wagered deposits, which only one source mentions, as well as the stake limits at the live tables and the sportsbook level, where we have no data at all. All withdrawal times and limits in this article come from the review source. The editorial team has not opened an account, not deposited, not withdrawn and not contacted support. We have also been unable to verify the licence's current status in Anjouan's register.
Our overall rating is 6.8 out of 10. Openness about the bankroll, the wager-free cashback and automatically processed withdrawals pull the score up. The light Anjouan license, the shared bankroll across sister brands, the lack of 2FA, thin responsible-gaming tools and support in English only pull it down. It's a casino with an unusually good idea and player protection that hasn't kept up.
Payments and payouts
Payment information from the casino's pages and from the review source. We have not made deposits or withdrawals and do not confirm any times.
| Point | What the source says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Account currency | Only cryptocurrency — BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, TRX, DOGE, BNB, ADA, BCH, POL | The casino's cashier page |
| Fiat and DKK | Not supported — neither cards, MobilePay nor bank transfer | The casino's cashier page |
| Min. udbetaling | 10 $ | The casino's own information |
| Payout time | Approximately 6 minutes on USDT/Tron, no manual approval | Third-party review |
| Payout limits | 10.000 $ per day · 300.000 $ per month | The casino's terms |
| Verification | No KYC at signup · triggered only after 10.000 $ total deposits | The casino's terms |
| Fees | Not disclosed | — |
| Bankroll | Public and verifiable on the blockchain, around 2,9 mio. $ at the time of recording — but shared with sister brands (Bet mode, Rollchain) | The casino's own information and our source review |
The public bankroll is the brand's strongest selling point and should still be read with a caveat: the wallets are shared with sister brands on the same licence, so the figure covers a fleet, not Lucky Coin alone.

The rating, axis by axis
| Axis | Rating | Weight | Rationale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 7,5 | 20 % | Around 2,200 slot machines and approximately 2,300 games in total from 54 providers, plus provably fair Originals and sports betting on the same account. |
| Bonuses and promotions | 6,5 | 15 % | No classic deposit bonus. Instead, cashback with no wagering requirements from the first bet, rakeback of around 3-10 % and weekly cashback of 1-25 % depending on VIP level. |
| Transparency of the terms | 7,0 | 15 % | The cashback and rakeback model is simple and without wagering requirements, which is a strength. The drawback: the free spins offer comes from a third‑party review, not from the casino's own site. |
| Payments and payouts | 8,5 | 25 % | Crypto withdrawals without manual approval, the review source indicates about six minutes on USDT/Tron. Minimum 10 $, limits of 10.000 $ per day and 300.000 $ per month. |
| Customer support | 6,5 | 10 % | Live chat around the clock plus Discord and Telegram, but only in English, and the review source notes about a one-hour wait for a first reply. |
| Player feedback | 3,0 | 15 % | Trustpilot’s own figure taken at face value: 3.0/5 on four reviews. The profile is claimed, and the co-founder responds to the criticism — but four reviews do not support a conclusion. |
7,5×0,20 + 6,5×0,15 + 7,0×0,15 + 8,5×0,25 + 6,5×0,10 + 3,0×0,15 = 6,8 / 10
The verdict
- Public, blockchain-verifiable prize pool (approx. 2,9 mio. dollar at the time of recording) and own provably fair Originals like Crash, Plinko and Mines
- No bonus traps: instant cashback from the first stake with no wagering requirements, plus rakeback of ca. 3-10 % after VIP level
- Weekly cashback of 1-25 % of net losses, paid out Friday at 00:00 UTC according to the review source
- Payouts are processed automatically without manual approval; the review source measures about 6 minutes on USDT over Tron
- Approximately 2.300 games from 54 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and BGaming, plus live casino and sports betting on the same account
- Easy registration with e-mail and password; KYC is only triggered for total deposits over 10.000 dollar
- No Danish license from the Danish Gambling Authority and no ROFUS linkage; the Anjouan license offers weak avenues for complaints and little consumer protection
- The public bankroll is confirmed shared with sister brands (Betmode, Rollchain et al.) and therefore says nothing about Lucky Mønter's own solidity
- No built-in two-factor authentication on a platform with crypto balances and automatic payouts
- Responsible gambling is limited: cooling-off and self-exclusion only via support, no self-service deposit, loss, or time limits
- Only crypto — no cards, no bank transfer, no Danish kroner — and one source mentions a fee of 8 % on withdrawal of an unwagered deposit
- Support exclusively in English with about a one-hour wait in the chat according to the review source; Trustpilot complaints about slow support and delayed payouts
Lucky Coin Casino is a new, pure crypto-casino under ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd with the Anjouan license ALSI-202411002-FI1. The best thing about the site is also what is most heavily marketed: a public, blockchain-verifiable bankroll of around $2.9 million at the time of recording, proprietary provably fair Originals, and a rewards model of wager-free cashback and rakeback instead of a classic welcome bonus with conditions. The selection of roughly 2,300 games from 54 providers is broad for such a young brand. The counterweight is equally concrete. The public bankroll is shared with sister brands such as Betmode and Rollchain, which the casino itself has confirmed, so the figure therefore doesn't say anything about this specific brand's solidity. There is no built-in 2FA on a platform where the balance is crypto and withdrawals are processed automatically. The responsible gaming tools require you to write to support in English, rather than being able to set them yourself. And the Trustpilot score of 3.0 rests on four reviews — that's nothing, and it should be read as content, not a grade. The editorial team gives 6.8 out of 10. All payout figures, limits and bonus details in this review come from the casino's own pages and from a review source; we have neither deposited, played nor withdrawn. Note also that Lucky Coin does not have a Danish license from the Danish Gambling Authority (Spillemyndigheden) and is not connected to ROFUS. If you need help with your gambling, StopSpillet at stopspillet.dk is free and anonymous. 18+.
